Supplier Card - short version

You use the supplier card to obtain replenishment from the supplier if the part is a purchased item in a Kanban system. The supplier card is attached to the container located at the inbound location of the final assembly line or work cell. When consumption begins on the container, the user removes the supplier card and forwards it to the supplier responsible for replenishment. The supplier will then provide the replenishment called out on the supplier card and reattached the card to the container. The container with the attached supplier card will then be delivered back to its inbound location.
