Arumaud Feigenbaum - short version

Armaud Feigenbaum is a proponent of total quality control. In his opinion, high quality products cannot be obtained if the manufacturing department works in isolation. Feignbaum believes that the quality of the final product is influenced by all the functional areas involved, such as design, incoming material and the shop floor processes and all of these must be controlled. Therefore groups such as marketing, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, shipping and customer service must be involved in the process of achieving quality.
